Data processed

Name, e-mail, phone; orders, tickets, payment results (not card details — only the bank processes those), refund requests and entry records; company invoice details if requested (company name, tax office, tax or ID number, address); IP address, browser details and transaction logs, the code sent to confirm your e-mail and a short-lived session cookie, and the result of the bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile); marketing preferences only with consent.

Purposes and legal grounds

Selling and delivering tickets, entry, refunds and requests (performance of the contract, KVKK 5/2-c); legal record keeping (5/2-ç); fraud and bot-purchase prevention, e-mail confirmation and security (legitimate interest, 5/2-f); announcements only with explicit consent (5/1), which can be withdrawn at any time with the unsubscribe link or in “My account”.

Transfers

Data may be shared, only for these purposes, with the bank and payment institutions, e-mail, hosting and bot-check (Cloudflare, Inc.) providers, the event’s organiser and venue (as needed for entry) and, on request, public authorities. Transfers abroad follow KVKK Article 9.

Retention

Data is kept for the periods required by law (e.g. 10 years for commercial records) and as long as the purpose requires, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether and how your data is processed, have it corrected or deleted, object to automated decisions and claim damages for unlawful processing. Send requests to the e-mail above; they are answered free of charge within 30 days.
