2. Subject
These terms cover the event tickets the BUYER purchases electronically on the SELLER’s website. The event’s name, date and time, venue, ticket type and number, unit and total price (taxes included) are shown on the ticket form and the order summary before payment, and in the order e-mail and “My account” afterwards; they form part of this contract.
The parties accept their rights and obligations under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Payment
Payment is by credit or debit card on the bank’s 3D Secure payment page. Card details go to the bank; the SELLER never sees or stores them. Prices include taxes. The order is final once the bank approves the payment.
4. Delivery
Tickets are electronic (with a QR code), sent to the BUYER’s e-mail right after payment and shown in “My account”. There is no physical delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15(1)(g) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for leisure services to be provided on a specific date. Event tickets fall under this exception.
6. Cancellation, postponement and refunds
If the event is cancelled, the ticket price is refunded to the card used, within 14 days of the announcement.
If the event is postponed or moved, tickets stay valid for the new date or place; refund and change terms are then announced on the event’s page.
Otherwise, not attending does not entitle the BUYER to a refund.
7. Event rules
Each ticket is scanned once at the door. The BUYER agrees to the venue’s and organiser’s rules (age limits, entry times, security checks); refusal of entry for breaking them gives no right to a refund.
8. Disputes
Disputes are heard by the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and by the Consumer Courts above them.
9. Acceptance
By ticking the box on the ticket form before paying, the BUYER confirms having read and accepted the Pre-contract Information and this contract. The contract is made when the payment is approved; its records are kept by the SELLER.
